I reduced the size of the file slightly so I could print on 8 1/2" x 11" matte photo paper.

Using a red card, I attached the topper from the matching file with dst, then used long strips of dst on the back of the insert pages, near the fold. Lined one side up carefully with the card center, pressed in place, then closed the card, pressing the second strip in place.

Completed the card as explained for cup908420_10.
