Frosty Christmas Tree Gatefold InsertCompleted by Margaret Swaby

Although this is intended as an insert for a card and it would be perfect to use as such, I decided to use it as a photo frame on an 8x8 scrapbook page.

I printed it out A5 size and cut out the central oval.

I used a very shimmery shaded paper for my backing sheet and then a linen look card to matt and layer it onto.

I edged this with sparkly peel off edging strips. I then stuck the photograph under the aperture and then using double sided tape I stuck the sheet on centrally.

I edged this with glittery peel off edging.

I then stuck self adhesive ribbon around the oval aperture and added a tiny flat backed gem to the centre of the bow.

I used 2 vellum sayings to finish off the page. A lovely, versatile sheet.
