I printed the silver ornate insert and cut the other half away. I also removed the text area from the remaining insert. I attached an ordinary Christmas card with wintery landscape into the aperture. Then I attached my card front on a grey base card leaving a narrow border.

As you can see, this versatile insert looks nice also as a frame for various occasions.
