Used Dovecraft 6" × 6" silver metallic card. Glued 6mm royal blue, gold and lime green on opposite sides. Added 4mm red & yellow pearls on the floral border. Added extra 3D squares under Happy Birthday to make it stand out.
Attached the matching insert and motifs with d/s tape.
