I printed the sheet on plain paper, after resizing it to be a bit smaller than my card.

I cut it out, scored and creased it, then attached it loosely inside the card with a single piece of tape under one side, pushed the crease into the card spine, then did the same with the other side.

A piece of velour cord wrapped around the card dressed it up and helps keep it in place.
