I opened the sheet up in a graphics program and added my sentiment, but in the past I have used peel offs and verse stickers.

I then printed it out on a good quality paper and then trimmed it down a little and punched the corners.

I put it into the card by adding double sided tape to the front side of the insert near the fold, I found doing it this when you open the card the insert also opens
