Day of the Year - September Insert

I used this insert both as a card front and insert. First I printed the sheet twice. Then I cut the part with the oval aperture from the first sheet. I also cut the aperture out. I attached my photo of a squirrel into the aperture.

Then I attached the card front on a dark brown woven paper strip sheet. After this I attached it all on a light brown card base. I glued a diecut circle around the squirrel photo, as well as some oak leaves, acorns and a paper ribbon bow.

I finished the outside of the card by adding some glossy accent dots into the frame.

For the inside I separated the insert parts and attached them in the middle of the pages.
