Cute Bear InsertCompleted by Angela Styles

I cut the insert in two and cut a border around one of the oval frmes with a bear.I then cut out around the larger bear and decoupaged the other oval.

I decorated the outside edges with a border punch and matted this on to pink card.

I then added 3d butterflies ,gems and peel offs.
