Awwhh! This card insert is so so cute! Irresistible in fact - so it's another one you have to get for your collection. I simply printed it on plain copy paper, cut it to size to fit the matching card and adhered it in place with a few pieces of narrow DST. I choose a matching light blue cardstock for the cardbase and adhered the Congratulations sentiment tag with foam tape to the bottom RH corner of the frame on an angle.
