I put the designer "Love my Border Collie insert blank" in my Printmaster to add a verse. I made this card for a military hospitalized person. I make several cards up to send to several of the service men and women. I use my CUP card designs for these cards.
I personally love this design as we have a Border Collie. I looked for a matching card from the designer but did not find one. So I made a copy of the design and cropped out the framed dog in Photoshop and used it to make a matching card.
