Resized to print on 8 1/2"x11" plain paper, scored and folded after cutting it out, then placed a piece of dst on one side near the fold line and carefully pressed it into place.

Added another length of tape on the other side and carefully folded the card before pressing the tape into place to make sure the insert would lie nice and flat and not buckle.

Trimmed with narrow Washi tape at the top and bottom.
