As well as using this design for an insert I added "Happy Birthday Wishes" to the centre of the design and printed it three times, I used dst to attach the first topper and then used the others to cut out some decoupage.

I used ds foam pads to layer the decoupage onto the topper and then added some gems and pearls to finish it off.
