I printed this sheet out twice and cut out the front and the stacker elements from the first sheet. I cut the centre panel and the ribbons and stars from the second print. I then cut the base in half and mounted it onto a card blank the same size.

I mounted the base image onto spare card, and then added all of the elements with 1mm foam pads.
