I printed two copies of the design on good quality photo matte paper, I cut the two sides (Happy Birthday) sections and glued these onto the back of the card, I cut out a centre piece of paper so I could add my message to this so it all looked the same.
I decoupaged the elements with silicone glue. This is just the cutest of designs and it's made a lovely card.
