Printed onto 190gsm matte photo paper, cut out the elements and attached the front using double-sided tape. Then added the decoupage layer and happy birthday sentiment with 2mm foam dots.

Finished off with some Kindyglitz crystalina on the roses on the kitty's hat and around the edges of the apron to add a little glitter.

A very cute quick card to make that any lttle girl would love.
