Happy Halloween Witch Tear Drop SheetCompleted by Joyce Watson

I printed this sheet on to glossy photo paper and cut out all the elements. Mounted the back of the card with plain white card to give it stability.

Scored and folded where shown, stuck the front of the tear drop with photo glue, then I decoupaged the rest of the elements using glue gel.

Added some narrow ribbon to the side and carried it down the middle of the fold on the inside. Added a couple of orange gem dots to finish off.
