this is a new style card called a t-step tri fold which is a folded quick card when opened has a t shape step in the middle.
It is a quick cut and fold card which is good for a policeman. the card has a policemans hat, truncheon and handcuffs.

I print the card on matte photo paper. Cut the whole card out along the dark blank edge, use an exacto knife to cut the light solid lines on the inside of the T and then fold along the dotted lines.
