This is an easy card to make, the cut and fold lines are indicated on the card and simple instructions are on the sheet.

I printed this sheet onto glossy photo paper and cut out all the elements. Made a stepper card as shown on the sheet and added the three images to it using DST. Then I decoupaged the images with foam pads, and added the sentiments again with foam pads.
Put white flowersoft on the beards and around the edges of the hats. Edged the two smaller Santa's with clear line peel-offs and added gem dots and gems to finish off.
