I printed the image onto white card stock before cutting and folding as per the designers instructions. I added the two smaller panels to the front of the card. To complete I made a small slit in each of the two fronts where I threaded some pink ribbon.
I also used two tiny pink hearts on the front panels, the recipients names could also be used here.
