The sheet was printed onto glossy phot card and the pieces cut out. I used a scoring board to score the fold lines before sticking the two front pannels in place with glue gel.

I then folded the card into shape and stuck the "Mr Smooth" onto the front, right hand, pannel with glue gel ti give a slightly raised effect.
