Ladies Vintage Gown with Roses, French GatefoldCompleted by Gail Pennycuick

I printed the design onto quality photo paper, cut it out and used a silver gatefold card for its base.

I used printed vellum as a backing for the main image inside and the cut-out French doors.

Prior to attaching the doors inside the card, I cut out a few panels from the covering flaps, so that some of the vellum would show through.

I used gold peel-off stickers to embellish the four corners around the image. On the outside of the card I used peel-off stickers again to outline the doors from that side, along with some corner stickers.

I used a circle 'tag' from another design to add a writing space inside the card, attached with ribbon. look in my gallery for a shot of the outside of the card.

This lovely design could be used for a variety of occasions.
