I printed this sheet once onto good quality cardstock and once onto decoupage paper, then cut out the shape on the cardstock and cut the windows out.

I then stuck acetate to the window panels.

Next I used only the window part of the picture from the sheet I printed onto paper, cut out the window panes and attached the window frames to the front of the card using double sided tape, so that the window frames are seen from the front and inside of the card.
