Print and cut out images. Ink edges with coordinating ink pad or marker for a finished look. Apply layers on sides with foam tape cut into small pieces for 3D effect. Score on either side of central image and fold in.

Apply a small bit of adhesive to image in the center, apply a length of ribbon for closure.
