Vintage Champagne

With this design i first printed it out onto white card, then cut out all elements, with the design base i scored and folded in the centre, then using 2mm sticky pads, i made up the design, i added the just for you sentiment to the left of the bow, and finished off with a silver wavy border, all round the front edges of the base and a white bow on the neck of the champagne, this is a terrific design and very effective when made up, would suit most ocassions.
