Beautiful Blue/aqua Petunias Fold Back CardCompleted by Ruth Walters

I printed off the image onto gloss photo paper, then using just the right half of the image I matted it onto turquoise card before mounted it on to an 8" square card blank, I cut around the zigzag edging making the front slighly narrower, then added a narrow border down the right side of the back.

I then decoupaged the tassel, bow and happy birthday square.
