I cut out the card, and carefully cut around the inside edge of the small picture, which was lying over the gold coloured strip.
I then folded the card down the centre ( Valley fold) and then between the gold strip and the spotty front ( Mountain fold)To finish off I glittered the spots on the small picture. and added the greeting inside the card.
