The DIY Birthday Boy

I made 2 cards from this sheet. I used the larger image as a topper (pic not included) and frot he smaller image I used as follows...

I used a white base card and adhered a pice of blue and yellow perlised paper, I mounted the image to this and decoupaged. I finished with the text at the bottom.
