New Baby in Lemon Tall Slim Foldback Card with DecoupageCompleted by Dawn Jones

A lovely easy card.

I cut out the card and folded vertically between the 2 coloured halves, I then cut out the inner half of the dummy picture and folded down the marked line on that side of the card. Next I cut out the dummy pieces and decoupaged them onto the card.
