I printed the sheet onto smooth white card and cut out the image.

I made a valley fold at the bottom of the card so the base lays flat, I then made a valley fold straight across the middle of the triangles on right and left (no lines) and then mountain folded along the 2 diagonal lines.

I glued the bottom white triangle to the base of the card and cut out and added the decoupage.
