Printed onto Gloss Photo Paper. I cut out the elements, and used DST to attach the Topper to a 6 inch Lilac card. I used Foam Pads to add the sentiment.

I put small amounts of Crystal Glitter on the Flowers, and stuck small pearls into the middle of each Flower.

I love this design, it makes into an elegant card.
