I printed this lovely sheet out on to 'Crafty Bob's Photo Paper' and attached it to a large cream pearl DL card.

Before printing it out, I added 'Happy Birthday' to the text panel. The decoupage layers were then added using pinflair glue.

This can be made up as a fold back card also.
