Used a heavyweight white card and folded as per the instructions for the Zig Zag tutorial. Assembled the main card 228064_601 and then silicone glued all the sections on to the white card. When dry took most of the card extras and attached them using 1mm foam pads.
Kept it as a "Happy Birthday" card, and was happy with the end result.
