Rosie's Flower Cut and Fold Quick CardCompleted by Wynona O'neil

I have printed this design smaller than normal and only used the front picture. I covered my base card with a turquoise paper with a bit of a glitter self pattern through it.

I purchased some scallop borders and layered these in two rows along the bottom edge of the card. My design was then mounted to my card with double sided tape and some little diamentes added for bling. A peel off greeting sticker was used to complete my card.
