Here is a lovely quick card with a wonderful Vintage image. There are two labels: "Thank You" & "Happy Birthday." There is also a sheet of coordinating inserts for this card.
It is wonderful when complete.

A lovely vintage image on an unusual shaped card.Very quick and easy to complete.I printed out on to 250gsm card and cut, scored and folded the card.I added one of the sentiments with foam pads.I finished by adding ribbon.
