Cut and Fold Panel Card FloralCompleted by Susan P. B.

I copied this twice on glossy, A4 photo paper and cut both out. One is a tri-fold the other just one fold. Tri-fold-I added two butterfly cut outs and on the plain side "Not Very Well? Wishing You A Speedy Recovery" in gold peel-offs.

Single fold - added a lady from my very first CD from Jacksons.

I layered her up then added butterfly wing outlines and gold and green Stickles, then added "Thinking of you" in gold peel-offs on the front, on the back "Feel Better Soon." Turning them into useful little notelets is only one option for this lovely design, handy to have in your kit or shop for any occasion.
