I printed off the design twice onto good quality A4 glossy card and cut out one copy of the side of the design with the fan and cut out just the fan from the other copy and decoupaged it onto the original.

Using sticky fixers, I stuck the whole design onto a piece of lilac card leaving a small margin, then layered that onto a navy blue card blank.

I added a navy organza bow onto the design bow and dotted gold glitter glue onto the buds of the flowers on the fan and onto the handle of the fan.

I added peel-off corners and a gold border around the lilac card and stuck on a couple of peel-off coins and Oriental letters and, finally some little gold dots into the centre of the flowers on the red card.
