I printed the card onto smooth white card and the decoupage elements onto decoupage paper. Cut out the card with a small scallop edge.
Cut out the rest of the card and the decoupage and mounted with sticky pads then glittered the flowers and leaves and around the edge of the topper.
A very pretty easy card.
