I printed out the sheet and cut out all the pieces. I scored and folded the card as directed and then stuck on the two front panels using double sided tape.

I attached the buckle just at the centre, again using double sided tape, and made sure that it was level with the strap on the corresponding side.

I finished off with two small pearls on the belt strap. A lovely card and very simple to make.
