Printed onto glossy photo paper, cut out, scored and folded. Peel-off fan shape glued to acetate, cut out and petal shapes painted with blue glass paint. Same again with 8 individual segments of fan shape.

Segments sown together with navy cotton thread through top left hand loops and drawn together slightly, glue points when in position wanted, tie off cotton and cut away excess.

Small clear gems stuck in small circles around the oval. Hole punched in top left corner, eyelet placed then tassel added. Card stock cut to size, scored, folded and glued into place (ends of tassel between two pieces.

There are so many things you could do with this frame and it would always be effective.
