Resized smaller and printed two copies for each card on heavyweight matte photo paper. I had some purchased 3D large stickers I wanted to use for some quick cards, so this was the perfect background.

I cut the rectangular inserts and the sentiment panels from the extra sheets I'd printed and attached them with 3D foam pads, then added my stickers, some peel-off corners, and glittery ribbons.

Very fast and very elegant.
