Quirky Kitten Flip-up Card 2Completed by Gail Pennycuick

I printed the design onto quality photo paper, cut it out and decoupaged the pieces. I attached the flip 'head' and layered 'Purr-fect wishes' underneath it. Then I matted it onto a white gloss card and used gold peel-off stickers to create a border.

To finish I added glitter highlights and a few faux gems. This sweet novelty card would be useful for a lot of different occasions.
