I printed the design onto good quality photographic paper and cut it out. I scored and folded a 5 x 7 card landscape. I attached the background paper to the card using double sided tape. I assembled the fan and used a brad to keep the fan together.
I attached the fan to the card using a piece of thin foam tape on each blade of the fan.
I added a gold peel off greeting and some glitter peel off border to complete the lovely design.
