For a more delicate effect, I printed out on vellum. I then did some "cutwork" on the outer edges of the fan & embossed from behind on some of the detail.

Using small foam pads, I mounted the fan on silver grey card which had been embossed using the Cuttlebug Swirls folder, using a "bling" brad with the rosette.

Finally, I attached the work to a black A5 card, finishing the corners with silver stickers and small "bling" diamentes.
