Southern Blue Belle - FanCompleted by Teresa Savin

I used an A5 landscape card which I covered with deep blue paper striped with metallic lines. I mounted one copy of the fan at an angle to the left hand side of the card.

For the decoupage I cut away alternate folds of the fan and slightly shaped the remaining fold before attaching to the card to give some shape.

I attached one spray of flowers vertically at the right hand side of the card. I added small blue gems to the centre of the flowers and heart shaped pink gems to the edge of the fan.

I used the rectangular sentiment which I outlined with a silver peel off and black lettering. A beautiful design for a lot of occasions!
