Fan Card and Plate Stand - Golden OverlayCompleted by Chell Sharpe

I printed the sheet off onto 220gsm good quality photo paper. I started with an 8x8 card blank & covered it with a CUP backing paper.

I used a CUP frame and added some of the backing paper to the centre panel and matted it onto gold mirror card & used foam pads to mount it to the base card.

I cut out the fan from the sheet and added a black feather & used 3D glue gel to mount it to the card & frame base.

I added a pale gold tassel to the bottom of the fan.

I decoupaged the layers with 3D glue gel and used Star Dust, Diamond, Ice-Stickles in grape & crystal to add lot's of sparkle. a very pretty image.
