I printed the sheet twice onto thick card as I wanted to decoupage the roses, I cut out all elements.

I used a peel off boarder around the inside of the printed boarder on the base then stuck the fan to the base with foam pads and then decoupaged the roses, I used a peel off Happy Birthday sentiment on the plain tag and threaded with silver thread and hung it around the tassel.
