This beautiful design is so easy to make simple cut and fold as per the instructions add the piece to the fan a touch of glitter if you like and it's done.

I did add mine to some green cardboard for strength. And, to allow the card to open as I like extra space to write my message but this is optional as you could write on the front under the fan itself if your message is short.
