This beautiful design makes a stunning card and is fairly easy to do.
Simply cut out the fan pieces and attach at the base. I also used a little thin double sided foam along one side of each piece for a little added definition.
I then added the decoupage pieces using more double sided foam and attached the fan to a square cream card.
Finally I added some gold corner and sentiment stickers.
