I printed the sheet onto glossy photo paper and made up the decoupage using silicone glue. I rounded the pieces of fan and edged them with gold peel offs to give definition to the fan. I mounted the image onto gold glitter paper and then onto an old gold card.
I made a banner5 from gold glitter paper mounted onto card and added this to the bottom of the card.
I added a white Happy Anniversary sentiment to the banner.
