I printed the design on matte photo paper and cut out all the pieces. I embossed dark blue card with a snowflake design and flat stuck that to my white base card.
I layered the various fan pieces according to instructions moving from 1mm to 2mm to 3mm foam squares for the centre fan.
I then flat stuck this to my prepared base card and the card was done. Quick and quirky!
